Hi! I’m Katherine (she/her).
For over thirteen years, I’ve coached clients who come to me burned out from overgiving and overextending themselves. Working with me, my clients learn to ask for what they want, say no to what they don’t, and have the hard conversations without damaging their relationships.
Over the years, I’ve discovered a handful of principles and practices that consistently help my clients transform challenging people dynamics. I depend on the practices I teach in all areas of life, from parenting a teenager to dealing with drama on city council to running a small business.
To bring forth a world in which all peoples’ needs are met, we need to learn to engage our disagreements and conflicts effectively. If you’re facing a tough conversation and want more clarity and confidence, I hope you’ll join me!
