Hi! I’m Katherine Golub, PCC, MBA (she/her).
For over twelve years, I’ve coached people who work hard for social change to transform conflict in their workplaces and communities and reclaim a sense of clarity and confidence at work.
As a mother, community organizer with 25+ years in social justice work, and a city councilor, I know how hard it can be to hold your vision front and center when people are throwing punches. How draining it can be to try to tiptoe through the landmines of big feelings or not to get sucked into the drama vortexes.
Conflict is inevitable. How we respond is not. Conflict can bring us down, or it can make us stronger. I want this moment to make you and your people stronger.
What happens in the Conflict Assessment?
If you’re grappling with disagreement, misunderstanding, conflict, or other frustrating people dynamics related to your work in the world, I invite you to apply for a free, one-hour Conflict Assessment to help you get clear about what’s going on and identify next steps forward.
First, fill out the form below. Then, I’ll be in touch—usually in less than two business days—to set up a time for the two of us to talk.
When we get on the phone, I’ll ask you a bunch of questions about what’s going on, and based on what you share, I’ll offer insights, share resources, and recommend next steps, which may include an invitation to work with me. Either way, you’ll come away feeling clearer about your next steps.
I look forward to talking with you!

Before you fill out the application…
I recommend typing your answers into a separate text document and cutting and pasting them into the fields below. In rare cases, the technology goes wonky, and this makes it easier for you to resubmit if necessary. Thank you for taking the time to do that!
