Take a moment to reflect on 2025.

It’s been a hard year for so many of us, and if you’re like most of my clients, you’ve been working hard to show up for your loved ones, your work, and the world while also trying to care for yourself. Even if there are things you wish you’d done differently, you deserve thanks for all you’ve done.

Now, imagine the year ahead. What do you hope 2026 will bring? Imagine all that you long for—the relationships, work, contributions, creativity, health, whatever brings you joy.

And then ask yourself—What practices will help you reach toward what you long for the year ahead?

Do you feel supported by your practices? Confident in your plan? Or would you love more support and confidence to live this year in a way that truly makes you proud?

If you’d love to feel more aligned and supported, I invite you to join me for my upcoming four-week course—Aligning Your Year With Your Values.

Hi! I’m Katherine Golub (she/her), PCC, MBA.

The transition to the New Year has always been one of my favorite parts of the year. I love taking time to imagine, reorient, and commit to what matters most.

But then I used to struggle to follow through on the commitments I’d set for myself, with life getting in the way and me getting off track. In the past decade, however, I’ve come to rely on a set of practices to help me stay aligned with the commitments I make to myself at the beginning of the year.

2025 was a challenging year for me, as it was for so many of us, as the fallout of national politics disrupted my sleep, work, and family life, and I certainly experienced my share of grief, fear, and rage. And, at the same time, the year convinced me that the practices I teach in this class are needed more now than ever before.

Of course, life happens, and we all get off track. But these practices aren’t only about setting the goals. They’re about reorienting us to what matters most when we get off track and helping us to keep showing up to our priorities. So breakdowns become learning opportunities, not the end of the world.

This January, I’m excited to share these practices with you, so you can create a 2026 that truly reflects your values and priorities.

Learn more about who I am.

Katherine helped me remember my truth, reconnect with my values, understand what I want, and access a sense of possibility. She reminded me I’m capable of doing hard things.

Now I’m able to navigate the challenges in our country and my life with a clearer sense of alignment with my inner yes! I’m prioritizing work that brings me joy. I’m taking on leadership roles that come with significant risks. Because they’re rooted in my values, I can name the fear and let it go. My creative flow is back, too!

– Gwen, Chief Storyteller & MSW Student

Working with Katherine enabled me to recognize that different parts of myself may not always agree with each other, but that I can listen to all of them with self-compassion and build inner consensus towards progress.

I now have a clearer sense of what is possible, my core values, and what I truly enjoy doing—and what I am not willing to do.

Aligning Your Year With Your Values will help you to:

  • Gain clarity on what matters most to you and the perspective you need to align your actions with your core values and aspirations.
  • Set realistic goals and commitments that respect your capacity and support sustainable growth and wellbeing.
  • Organize your life to prioritize what matters most and create a harmonious balance between work, relationships, and self-care.
  • Develop the ability to discern your priorities when interruptions and challenges arise, so you can respond effectively rather than reacting impulsively.
  • Build a strong network of allies and resources, supporting you to take bold steps with confidence and courage.
  • Cultivate self-compassion to soothe self-doubt, process grief, and release what no longer serves you, charting the path to personal transformation and resilience.

There are no quick fixes or one-size-fits-all solutions to creating a life you love. But if you tend to set big New Year’s goals then go off track weeks or months later, I truly believe this course will help you.

The system I’ve created takes into account your whole self and all of the realities that can knock you off course: relationship realities, health realities, political realities. And it’s iterative, so that you can respond to whatever life throws your way in ways that make you proud. You’ll leave this course with a backpack full of practices you can rely on when you lose your footing, the going gets rough, and you need help getting back up.

I now feel more calm, centered, free, and rested than ever before. I gained intense clarity about what I want from my life and am living in my values. I am now ready to get back to work conserving our natural world and helping connect all people with nature.

– Colleen, former public service leader

With Katherine’s support, I gained the confidence I needed to recognize right-sized commitments, listen to my body, and make decisions that support my values.
