Curious about my qualifications?

These are trainings I’ve completed so far and how they benefit you:

Group Dynamics:

Leaders often come to me for support in the midst of a conflict or crisis within their organization. Navigating complex dynamics can be hard, and I source from my training in collaborative leadership, mediation, and facilitation to teach my clients how to navigate the challenges they face skillfully.

I also bring my training as a facilitator to my group courses and mentoringing groups to help participants feel safe enough to be vulnerable, close enough to connect (even though we meet virtually), and get their needs met.

Anti-Racism:

As I go through life as a white woman, I am aware of my responsibility to be actively engaged in continuing my own anti-racist education.

I have learned the most in this area in my ongoing activism since college and through the sometimes-challenging conversations that come up in day-to-day life. I also learned a lot in the trainings below, and in February 2020 started a monthly anti-racist book group together with friends, which is still ongoing.

I still have much to learn to earn the privilege of calling myself an ally and accomplice in movements for racial and social justice.

In addition to all of the formal training, every year, I spend hundreds of hours reading, studying, and writing to amass resources to help my clients.

Currently, the topics of healing intergenerational trauma, transforming organizational and societal systems, and reconnecting with the land are captivating my attention most. You could say I’m a personal transformation, systems change, social justice nerd. Learning is what I do for fun.
